To uphold academic independence and promote equitable access to research, the Singaporean Journal of Business Economics and Management (SJBEM) does not charge any fees for article submission, review, or publication. The journal operates on an open-access model, ensuring that financial limitations do not restrict the dissemination of high-quality scholarly work.

SJBEM is independently and voluntarily managed by its Editorial Board under the umbrella of Scientia Academia Publishing, comprising experienced academics and researchers from leading universities and research institutions worldwide. The editorial team serves on an honorary basis, emphasizing scholarly contribution over commercial interest.

This policy reflects our strong commitment to:
