Journal Policies

Peer Review Process:

The journal uses double-blind review system: the reviewers' identities remain anonymous to authors, and the reviewers are also unaware of authors' identities. Two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission.  

Publication Frequency:

March, June, September, December .
 
Open Access Policy:
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Submission Preparation Checklist:

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format (.doc & .docx both are acceptable).
  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  4. Where required, URLs for the references have been provided.
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Citation Style:

Publication Fees:

The Singaporean Journal of Business Economics and Management (SJBEM) is a freely accessible Open Access journal available on the internet. At Scientia Academia Publishing, we ensure that no university library or individual reader is required to purchase a subscription or pay any pay-per-view fees to access articles in the electronic version of the journal. Consequently, Scientia Academia Publishing does not generate revenue from selling subscriptions or charging pay-per-view fees for the electronic version of the journal. However, there is NO COST associated with the online publication process, including infrastructure setup and maintenance, journal operation, manuscript processing through peer reviews, editing, publishing, maintaining the scholarly record, and archiving.
