Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership style and employees performance in the Real Estate Registration in Tehran province. This research used descriptive correlation method. The study population comprised all staff in Tehran Real Estate Registration with 1000 number. Cochran method was used to determine the sample size and the sample number was calculated 277 one. Simple random sampling is used in this research. Data collection instruments included two questionnaires of leadership style and employees performance. To test the hypotheses, correlation method using SPSS software was used. And the results showed that development-oriented and pragmatic- oriented leadership style has a positive impact on employee performance and leadership style and noninterference is a negative impact.
