Abstract

The importance and necessity of human resources in organizations are not covered and High performance of manpower is, the undeniable need for organizations. In Today's organizations the manpower are excepted as a guidance and they pay more attention to employees promotion and job saticfaction. During their investigation, the researchers have concluded that the most important factors that effect on the performance of the employee's psychological empowerment.
