Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between empowering factors for managers and increase of the performance of human resources in the Ministry of Justice. This study consists of six hypotheses that attempt to find a correlation among factors of manager empowerment and increase of the human resources performance. The statistical population of this research was about 250 which include top, middle and operational managers of the ministry of Justice. They have been chosen by limited sampling formula in which first of all 161 people were selected as sample. In The study, we use of descriptive- correlation method. On the other hand, in order to collect data, the researchers used a standard questionnaire. Data analysis and hypothesis testing was conducted by using statistical software Spss and descriptive statistics were used to draw charts and diagrams. The results of hypothesis analysis show that in of 99% of confidence level, there is a significant and positive relationship between factors of managers empowerment and increase of human resource performance and six hypothesis are confirmed.
